Orders

Our aim is to process and despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt. To further ensure your purchases reach you as soon as possible, all standard UK orders are posted by Royal Mail 1st Class Post (recorded delivery opton is also available). We post via Royal Mail Airmail to all European and Worldwide countries. All Brake pipe orders made where brake pipe ends are sent to us will be posted back to customers by Recorded Delivery (UK only) to reduce risk of disruption to customers if original ends are lost in transit.

Because postage rates are calculated on the total weight of each order and not as a 'set rate' for each item, we are able to keep postage rates to an absolute minimum.

Our Payments are processed by Paypal. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase products from our website. Paypal offers a completely secure payment gateway, ensuring your credit card or other payment details remain totally safe. When orders are processed we do not receive any details of your credit cards or bank account. All we recieve is a breakdown of the product price, postage and delivery details - much the same as your invoice shows.
